Why Vaultline
What Families Value About Working With Us
A Considerate Approach
Sessions are paced at the family's comfort. Nobody is rushed, and all conversations remain voluntary and respectful throughout.
Practical, Tangible Outputs
Each program produces something useful — a filled keepsake template, an organised file system, or a workbook families can return to.
No Legal or Financial Pressure
All content is educational and administrative. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice — families can engage relevant professionals independently.
Calm Facilitation Style
Our facilitators are trained to hold space for family conversations without directing outcomes — a neutral, steady presence that families often find reassuring.
Based in Bangkok's Heart
Located in Samphanthawong, we work with families across Bangkok and the greater metropolitan area, with some programs available remotely.
Flexible Scheduling
Sessions can be arranged to fit working family schedules, including weekend availability. We understand that coordination across generations takes planning.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these sessions a substitute for a lawyer or financial planner?
No. Our programs are educational and administrative in nature. We help families understand general concepts and organise their own documents — we do not provide legal, tax, or financial counsel of any kind. Families are encouraged to engage qualified professionals for those needs.
Who would typically attend these programs?
Most participants are adults within the same family — parents, adult children, and sometimes grandparents. Sessions work well for families who are beginning to think about longer-term planning and want to approach conversations in a structured, calm way.
How long does each program take?
The Family History Capture Session is typically a half-day. The Records Organiser involves an initial working session of 2–3 hours. The Succession Literacy Program is delivered across several weeks with sessions spaced to allow reflection between meetings.
Are the programs available in Thai as well as English?
Our primary delivery language is English, though facilitators are able to assist with clarification in Thai where needed. Materials are currently in English. Please mention any language preferences when you enquire.
What happens with our family information during a session?
Families retain full control of all information they share or record. We do not store personal document content or family histories. Any notes kept by facilitators are shared directly with the attending family and not retained by Vaultline.
Can we do a session at our home or office?
Sessions can be arranged at our Bangkok office, at a family's preferred location (within the Bangkok area, subject to travel arrangements), or remotely via video call. Please indicate your preference when you get in touch.
